The world is changing. To serve you better, Lions and Leos have to change with it. For this reason, Lions Club International has created new areas of service that aim at helping always more people all over the world. In particular, the new areas will be linked to Diabetes and Childhood Cancer. In order to give a leaner structure to our Districts and Clubs, in our Multiple Districts these areas have been united under a single area, renamed “Health Area”.
The Health Area is not limited to diabetes and childhood cancer, but comprises also all other service realities that concern health (with the exception of Sight, that has its own specific area). For this reason, also the Martina Project is part of this big area.
